These are the General Rules for winning prizes on 96.9 Bob FM (WRRK).
1. Must be 18 years of age or older to win, unless otherwise stated in official contest rules.
One winner, per household, per contest within a 30 day period (once you win - you can't win any other contest for 30 days)
2. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and fees associated with the prize won and winner releases WRRK from any liability in connection with prize.
3. Winner understands that WRRK has the right to publicize and broadcast winners names and voices or publish pictures at www.bobfm969.com.
4. No prize substitutions are permitted and no cash value is given on any prize.
6. Winners must pick up prizes within 30 days from day of win or prize is forfeited. Prizes must be picked up at the WRRK offices located at 650 Smithfield Street, Suite 2200, Downtown Pittsburgh, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
